Terms of Use

FollowHire is operated by Syncfinite Technologies Pvt Ltd, registered at 931–932, Sun Gravitas, Radio Mirchi Road, Vejalpur, Ahmedabad, Gujarat – 380015. In these terms "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means the person using the platform.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. If you use FollowHire for an employer, you confirm you are authorised to act for that employer.

One person, one account. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

We are a platform that connects candidates with employers. We are not an employer, a recruitment agent, or a party to anything agreed between you and an employer.

We verify employers before their listings go live. Verification means we checked that the business exists and the listing is plausible — it is not a guarantee of the role, the salary, the working conditions, or that anyone will be hired.

We do not guarantee that you will find a job, receive a reply, or receive any particular number of applications.

FollowHire is free for job seekers to browse and apply. Some resume features are paid; those are stated as paid before you buy.

• Give accurate information about yourself. Misrepresenting your identity, experience or qualifications is grounds for removal.
• Apply only on your own behalf.
• Do not scrape listings, automate applications, or resell anything you find here.

Posting a job means you accept these obligations, and we enforce them.

• Post only real vacancies you are actually hiring for, with a salary range you intend to honour.
• Never charge a candidate a fee to apply, to be considered, for training, or for equipment. Any listing that does is removed and the account suspended.
• Use candidate data only to assess that person for the role they applied to. Do not resell it, add it to a marketing list, or pass it on.
• Keep your listings current, and close a role once it is filled.
• Follow applicable employment and anti-discrimination law in your listings and your process.

What you write — your profile, resume, and job listings — remains yours. You give us the licence needed to host it, show it where you have asked us to show it, and process it to run the features you use.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, including any logo or image.

Resume scoring, rewriting, tailoring, cover letters, interview preparation and job-description assistance are generated automatically. They are suggestions.

AI output can be inaccurate, and no human reviews it before you see it. Read anything it produces before you send it to an employer or publish it as a listing. You remain responsible for what you submit.

Paid features and subscriptions are charged at the price shown at the time of purchase. Prices exclude GST unless stated otherwise. Payment is handled by our gateway; we do not store card details.

A subscription renews for the period stated until you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the period already paid for.

Where something you paid for did not work and we cannot make it work, contact us at info@followhire.in, support@followhire.in and we will resolve it.

• Post anything unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, or that infringes someone else's rights.
• Impersonate another person, company or recruiter.
• Harvest, scrape or bulk-export data about other users.
• Interfere with the platform's operation or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
• Use the platform to send unsolicited marketing.

We may remove a listing, or suspend or close an account, where these terms are broken — immediately and without notice where the breach puts other users at risk, such as a listing charging candidates a fee.

You may stop using FollowHire at any time. To close your account and have your data erased, write to info@followhire.in, support@followhire.in.

We work to keep FollowHire available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and will give notice where a change materially affects something you have paid for.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for the conduct of any employer or candidate, for hiring decisions, for anything agreed between you and another user, or for indirect or consequential loss including lost earnings or lost opportunity.

Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we will tell you directly about a change that materially affects your rights or what you have paid for.
