JOB SUMMARY: Robusca Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic, result-oriented, and motivated Medical Representatives to promote its range of Homoeopathic pharmaceutical products among healthcare professionals. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with doctors, increasing product awareness, and achieving assigned sales targets through ethical marketing practices. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Visit and meet doctors regularly as per the assigned territory plan. • Promote and detail company’s Homoeopathic products to doctors. • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare practitioners. • Generate prescriptions and increase product acceptance through effective product detailing. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives assigned by the company. • Conduct market intelligence activities and provide competitor feedback. • Submit daily call reports, tour plans, and sales reports on time. • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical marketing standards. • Participate in product training programs, meetings, and promotional activities organized by the company. QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: • Graduate in any discipline. • Minimum 1 year of experience in Pharmaceutical or Homoeopathic product marketing. • Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to travel within the assigned territory
